Welcome to D'WOMEN. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform or purchasing any products.
Product Descriptions
We try to ensure that every product description is accurate. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our couture outfits, there might be slight variations in embroidery, color, and weaving. Colors might also appear slightly different on different monitor displays.
Pricing
All prices shown on the website are in INR unless otherwise stated. Prices, offers, taxes, shipping charges, and product availability may change without prior notice. The final payable amount will be shown before payment.
Online Payments
Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By choosing online payment, you agree to complete the transaction through Razorpay's checkout and authorize the applicable payment amount for your order. D'WOMEN does not store full card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking passwords. An order is treated as paid only after successful payment confirmation and verification from Razorpay.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not automatically confirm acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, payment is not verified, customer information is incomplete, fraud risk is detected, or there is a pricing or listing error. If payment has been received for a cancelled order, an eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping timelines, cancellation eligibility, return eligibility, and refund processing are governed by our Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. Approved refunds for online payments are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay or the relevant payment provider and may take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment instrument.

All content on the site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of D'WOMEN and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction of any of our designs or website material without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
