Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
For ready-to-ship pieces, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
For made-to-order and custom pieces, cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of placing the order, since we commence production immediately after. Cancellations on custom pieces after 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee as materials would have already been procured.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact our support team at admin@dwomen.in with your order number.
Refunds on Cancellation
If your order is eligible for a full cancellation, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method. For online payments, approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay or the relevant payment provider. It usually takes 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment instrument.
